We do not share your data.
BlockRun does not sell, rent, or share your prompts and completions with anyone. We do not train models on your data. We do not link your wallet address to a real-world identity. Using the API requires no sign-up, no account, and no email address.
When you make an API request, your prompt is forwarded only to the AI provider you selected, solely to generate the response you asked for. That is the entire data flow.
What we collect
- Request metadata — model selected, token counts, timestamp, response status. Used for billing, rate limiting, and debugging.
- On-chain payment data — wallet address, transaction hash, amount. Already public on Base / Solana.
- Website analytics — page views and device type via Google Analytics. Not linked to wallet or API activity.
We retain request metadata for 30 days for debugging and abuse prevention, after which it is deleted. Prompts and completions are not stored beyond the duration of the request.
What we never collect
- Names, emails, phone numbers, or identity documents as part of using the API — a request carries nothing about you beyond the wallet that paid for it
- Wallet private keys or seed phrases
- Persistent logs of your prompts or completions
Email you send us is kept only to answer it and is never linked to wallet or API activity.
Cookies and analytics
The only cookies this site sets are Google Analytics' _ga and _ga_*, which hold a random identifier so that two page views can be counted as one visit. They last up to two years in your browser. Google retains the resulting event data for no more than 14 months. We use it for page views and device type only; it is never linked to a wallet address or to API activity, and we do not use it for advertising.
If you are visiting from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, analytics consent is set to denied by default and these cookies are not written — there is no banner because nothing on this site needs a cookie to work. Anywhere else, you can opt out with Google's analytics opt-out add-on or by blocking cookies for blockrun.ai in your browser; the site works the same either way. The API sets no cookies. A light or dark theme choice is kept in your browser's local storage, not a cookie, and never leaves your device.
Upstream providers
To return a response, your prompt has to reach the AI provider you selected (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.). BlockRun routes through providers' paid API tiers, which contractually do not retain or train on API traffic. We do not opt in to any free or training-data programs on your behalf.
